So that is why I created a schedule for you as a pdf. You can print it out as many times as you like and spread them out all over your house, so you will never forget what to do next.
You can hang it in the kitchen, the bathroom, next to your bed, so it will be the first thing you see when you wake up. It will even remind you all day long you are participating in this amazing and life changing challenge, so you go to bed on time as well! (that was one of my biggest risks at the beginning of the challenge!)
